弊社運営サイトへの不正アクセスによる個人情報流出の可能性についてのお知らせ

平素は、弊社サービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、弊社が運営する転職サイト『Daijob.com』（https://www.daijob.com/）におきまして、外部からの不正アクセスにより、個人情報が流出した可能性があることが判明致しました。現在のところ、不正アクセスに伴う個人情報を悪用された等のご申告はございませんが、お客様および関係者の皆様には多大なご心配とご迷惑をお掛け致しますこと心よりお詫び申し上げます。

１. 経緯
平成29年5月12日（金）、弊社が運営する転職サイト『Daijob.com』に対して、外部からの不正アクセスの疑いが確認されたため、ただちに社内関連部門による対策本部を設置し、当社による独自の調査を開始しました。
5月21日（日）、第三者調査機関における調査の結果、最大で2,436件の個人情報が外部に流出した可能性があると特定されたとの報告がありました。

２. 流出の可能性がある個人情報
氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号、生年月日
※パスワード情報の流出はございません。

３. お客様への対応
個人情報が外部に流出した可能性があると特定されたお客様には、ご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛てに、順次メールにてお詫びとお知らせを個別にご連絡させて頂いております。また、ダイジョブ・グローバルリクルーティング企業情報サイトにも同内容を記載しました。

また、今後新たな事実が明らかになった場合には、速やかにお客様にご連絡いたします。
個人情報を悪用されたことによる被害を受けたという報告はございませんが、万一、当該データを悪用したと思われる不審な連絡や被害を受けた場合、当社専用お問い合わせ窓口まで、ご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。

Important notice from Daijob regarding the possibility of stolen personal information due to unauthorized access to our website.

Thank you for your continued use of Daijob.com.
We recently discovered unauthorized access to Daijob.com (https://www.daijob.com/) by a third party and there is a possibility that some personal information was stolen. At the moment we are not aware of any personal information being misused.
We sincerely apologize for any trouble this may cause to everyone concerned.

1. Current Status
We investigated the actual damage of the situation by assigning a group of staff to handle this problem after we discovered it on May 12th, 2017.
The result of an investigation by a specialist research organization appointed by us was that the personal information of a maximum of 2,436 users was stolen on May 21st, 2017.

2. Personal information that may have been stolen
Name. Address, Email, Phone number, Date of birth
Passwords were not stolen.

3. What we will do for our users.
We will contact each user whose information might have been stolen individually by email as registered in Daijob.com.
We have posted a similar notice on our website.

We will contact the users involved again if we receive new information in regards to the above.
At the moment we are not aware of any personal information being misused.
However, if any of our users is contacted by an outside party regarding this case, we ask them to contact us immediately.

4. Future measures
We at Daijob.com have taken this breach in security very seriously and we will do all in our power to prevent a similar theft from happening again.
